First, CPR Safety Services rarely cancels a scheduled class where fees have been collected.

Cancellation Policy: We understand there are issues that keep us from completing our obligations. If we cancel the class and can not meet your time frames for certification we refund 100% paid fees, If our customer cancels less than 48 hour notice, we will withhold a 20% cancellation fee plus the cost of any workbooks we have provided to you that you have received. Also, credit card charges will also be deducted from your training fees. By canceling a class, it is understood that you have denied someone else a seat in that class. You may reschedule your class with not loss of fee or added cost.

No refunds will be made for classes that are provided online by the American Heart Association.

Shipping Policy:
All courses include a workbook. When signing up for an American Heart Association class we are required to provide you the workbook ahead of time, usually 2 or3 days before the class for you to study and review, this is not an option.

All Shipping costs are included in the cost of the class. Shipping costs will not be refunded and be subtracted out of any refund of amounts paid.

We offer gift-cards by which you can personalize a product you order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift-card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
