Norm was more than helpful throughout this whole process from purchasing the AED to implementing a Plan for its use. And then teaching us and certifying us on the use of the AED. He has gone the extra mile to make sure we are prepared.

That I am prepared to act and respond in a situation that will allow my training and skills learned from my class. After taking this coarse I feel at ease that if I had to use and AED I would know what I ha d to do to respond to an emergency situation. I have responded to a person in need of CPR and it is the best feeling ever to know that you can provide help to anyone that needs it in a time needed most. This was a great class!
